About Ally

 Hey, I’m Ally — a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with 8 years of experience in the veterinary world and fully qualified for the past 4 years. After a rewarding time working in clinical practice, I’ve recently taken the exciting step into a non-clinical RVN role to offer my own pet care services—while continuing to stay up-to-date with CPD and maintaining my professional registration. 

What makes me different? Alongside years of general practice, I’ve also worked in a veterinary referral hospital, specialising in the ICU and inpatient wards. I spent my days monitoring patients, walking, feeding, administering medications, and most importantly, making sure every pet in my care felt comfortable, loved, and safe — even in their most vulnerable moments. That level of clinical insight and gentle care is something I now bring into every interaction with the pets I look after.

Living in Brockworth with my fiancé and our two fox red Labradors (who basically run the house), life’s full of muddy paws, wagging tails, and plenty of laughs. I’m genuinely passionate about what I do — and because of my professional background, I hope to give clients peace of mind that their pets are in experienced, capable, and truly caring hands. 

When I’m not caring for animals, you’ll usually find me exploring the countryside, planning my next sunny escape, or enjoying a well-earned pornstar martini. Over the years, I’ve owned cats, rabbits, guinea pigs—and thanks to my nursing work, I’ve even looked after the occasional reptile. Whether they bark, purr, squeak or slither, they’ve all got a place in my heart!
